Pedal 4 A Purpose!

Pedal 4 the People Served by ROP and other Partnering Organizations

P4AP 2012Pedal 4 A Purpose (P4AP) is an important part of ROP’s annual fundraising efforts, but it is also much more…

P4AP provides a great opportunity for bike riders of all abilities to enjoy a supported ride with family and friends. It offers rides from as short as you like (5.5 miles to first aid station) to as long as 63 miles (with 3,258 feet of total elevation gain).

P4AP offers a lot of great prizes for top fund-raisers and all participants.

P4AP provides a great venue at Denver Seminary with entertainment provided by K-Love (tentative) and food provided by Chick-fil-A.

P4AP also offers supporting churches and other nonprofits an opportunity to partner with ROP and share the funds raised by their teams up to 80/20 with ROP. (Youth groups and short-term mission teams please take note.)

This year, ROP is again partnering with Recycled Bikes to collect used bikes for underprivileged kids in the city. People wanting to donate one or more bikes can simply drop them off at Denver Seminary on the day of the event.

This year’s Pedal 4 A Purpose is scheduled for Saturday, June 15th. Mark your calendars and please invite your friends to join you.

P4AP offers low cost registration – $35/individual and $80/family. The P4AP web-site is now open for registration and makes fundraising easy for teams and individuals.  To register or to learn more about this fun event, click on this link – www.Pedal4APurpose.com

Hope you can join us, have some fun and partner with us in meeting the real needs of a lot of hurting people.
