ABOUT AN INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Mission:
Meeting Needs, Building Relationships, and Restoring Lives through Jesus Christ on East Colfax.
Purpose of Internship:
To serve in a supportive role at Restoration Outreach Programs and it’s ministries, through relationship-building with our inner city community, volunteers, and staff, and through growing and being challenged in your own walk with Christ.
Job Description:
Be with inner city youth and adults & help others join with us as we serve this community.
Be with our community:
- Volunteering with each of our ministry various programs: Youth Outreach to Elementary, Middle & High school; Food & Clothing Bank; GED tutoring; etc.
- Small groups, bible study meetings, and church services
- Participating in day/weekend trips with the teens/children and small/large scale outreaches with both youth and adults.
Help others join us as we serve:
- Provide assistance and guidance with Vacation Bible School, our annual Camping/Rafting trip, and other day and weekend events and trips
- Assist in various outreaches on East Colfax Avenue
- Help supervise special-project volunteers and groups

Summer 2010 Internship Deadline:
Applications for our Summer 2011 Internships must be received by our office no latter than April 31, 2011 (exceptions may apply).
