Restoration Outreach Programs consists of Prodigal Gatherings and Heart to Hand Resource Center. These ministries are dedicated to serving the community on East Colfax in Aurora, Colorado.

Prodigal Gatherings staff and volunteers live out the gospel of Christ by having a ministry of presence and by developing redemptive friendships with our teens and children. Prodigal relationally connects youth to area organizations and ministries for their holistic needs.

Heart To Hand Resource Center provides resources that help individuals lead lives of self-sufficiency. By having a presence in this community, it is our hope that we will continue to have the opportunity to share Christ with those who are hurting and without hope.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Job Training Director

This position will demonstrate the love of Christ to a needy population by (1) directing, developing and facilitating a job training program and (2) by developing relationships with partnering organizations. Primary responsibilities are to pray regularly for ministry, clients, volunteers and staff, to implement job training program, to recruit, select, train and lead volunteers to serve as facilitators of the program, to prayerfully seek opportunities to share the gospel with clients as appropriate, (if bi-lingual) to provide Spanish language support for other ROP programs, including translation at Outreach events. Ability to speak Spanish strongly preferred. Position must raise personal support.
