Cool Weather and Warm Hearts featured at ROP Easter Outreach

Temperatures in the 40s got things off to a slow start, but hot coffee and cocoa, donuts, some spirit-filled praise singing and personal invitations from volunteers slowly drew a crowd of approximately 150 people for ROP’s Second Annual Easter Outreach.
